Organized on a regional basis, FON has associations in almost every money center in the U.S. and throughout the globe. Family Office Networks is first and foremost a community.     Andrew Schneider

    Andrew Schneider Ceo / Founder

    Andrew Schneider Founded The Family Office Networks in 2012 after realizing the benefits of a family office network from running his own family office, the Schneider Family Office. His family office greatly benefited from a small community of his peers (FOs) with whom he shared transactions, service providers and funds. This innovative idea lead to a network of 3000 family office half of whom aredomestic and half of whom are international. Andrew Schneider is also a leading authority regarding hedge fund and related services. Most recently, he developed the group Global Hedge Fund Advisors. Mr. Schneider is the CEO and president of this group, which is an international firm that is quickly making its mark in the hedge fund industry. Prior to Global Hedge Fund Advisors, Andrew Schneider was a founding member of HedgeCo Networks, a hedge fund research and services firm. This firm provided consulting services to both new and existing hedge funds.

    Further, within this position Mr. Schneider was charged with the responsibility of overseeing more than 7,000 hedge funds, which included a community of more than 40,000 members. Previous professional appointments include both Morgan Stanley as well as Prudential Securities. At Morgan Stanley, Andrew was a vice president who managed more than $100 million of high net worth individual assets as well as helped manage assets for institutions as well as high net worth clients.

    Further, he participated in numerous private placements, PIPE transactions and public offerings with a total value of $250 million. While at Prudential, Andrew Schneider was the number one producer and broker and, in fact, managed over $50 million in his first year with them. Mr. Schneider has been quoted in several financial publications concerning the hedge fund community and has also appeared on financial networks such as CNBC. His expertise has proved to be critical in the accurate reporting of not just hedge fund issues, but other related financial topics as well. Some of these publications include the New York Post, Barrons, Markets Media and The Street.Mr. Schneider attended The State University at Albany. He is also an active member of the American Heart Association, committed to the cause of research and development of alternative remedies for cardiac disorders.

    Steven Saltzstein CEO

    Mr. Saltzstein has worked in the alternative investment industry since 1996 where he served as a portfolio manager of both equity and credit strategies. He has invested in such industries as: healthcare, technology, oil and gas, mining, alternative energy, bio-technology and industrial manufacturing. As well, Mr. Saltzstein worked as a fund advisor sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions on behalf of several large domestic private equity and hedge funds.

    Prior to this, Mr. Saltzstein worked at GMR Marketing where he served as Special Projects Director on accounts such as Phillip Morris, Miller Brewing Company and Kraft, Inc. As well, he spent significant time in the telecommunications industry working for such companies as AT&T and Telecard, Inc.

    Mr. Saltzstein is a founding partner of LXE Marketing and Media. LXE Marketing is an agency that is focused on creating branding and marketing campaigns for the alternative investment industry with a specific focus on lead generation and asset gathering. LXE’s expertise in message discovery, collateral creation, website design and thought leadership are used for marketing campaigns with extremely high ROIs. These campaigns leverage LXEs proprietary data for targeting and re-targeting of accredited investors, QPs, pension funds, endowments, SFOs, MFOs, platforms, RIAs and FAs.

    Peter Apostol Vice President

    Peter was born in New York, growing up in Hudson Valley before moving to Miami to attend University of Miami. At the University of Miami, he studied international financing, marketing and English. Mr. Apostol also studied in Europe, Ukraine and South America.While in Miami, he ran a marketing company called RX Ventures and partnered with Josh Sagman Consulting when he moved to Palm Beach.While in Palm Beach, he started working in the family office space with financing private equity deals.Peter currently lives in Palm Beach enjoying tennis and sailing.

    Gregg T. WarciskiDirector of Client Services

    Gregg Thomas Warciski has over 20 years of qualified experience within the financial industry. In addition to his abundant Wall Street expertise, Gregg Warciski has played a major role in the formation of the successful firm, HedgeCo. After nearly seven profitable years at HedgeCo, Gregg Warciski founded his own company: Ubiquitous Capital. With his sole efforts, Ubiquitous Capital raised an excess of $300 million. Currently, Warciski is employed as the Director of Client Services for Family Office Networks, Palm Beach, Florida. Utilizing his extensive knowledge, expertise, and connections, he is pushing the future of Family Office Networks to grow and develop further."     Surej KalathilCreative Director

    Surej Kalathil joined Family Office Networks in March 2016. As Creative Director he is responsible for art direction, including website development, marketing collateral, branding, photography and video. Prior to joining Family Office Networks, Mr. Kalathil worked at HedgeCo Networks and HedgeCo Website Creation where he designed hundreds of award winning hedge fund and alternative investment websites. Previously, he also worked with V2 Infotech, a web design and development agency that serves global clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and owned a web design company, Smart Designer Consultant. Mr. Kalathil earned a bachelor’s degree in Art at Mumbai University followed by a diploma in commercial arts in 1996, the same year he started his career at Quorum Publication designing three prominent magazines - Car & Bike Magazine, Interior Design Magazine and Fashion Magazine. He was awarded the Golden Web Award for excellence in 2016 and his art and photography shows have opened around West Palm Beach with great success.

    Tyler Wood Regional Director

    Mr. Wood has been offering a suite of alternative investments in the hedge fund and managed futures industries for over 15 years to clients worldwide. Portfolios ranging from floor trading specialists to algorithmically driven, automated trading systems. Characterized throughout his career with a personal and positive communication style that inspires people to act decisively towards a common goal.

    Specialties: Alternatives Portfolio Development, Managed Futures Business Development, International Finance, Compliance, and various aspects within the Alternative Investment, and Wealth Management industries.

    Consulting private clients in the formation of trusts, hedge funds, and foundations along with construction of their alternative investment portfolios. His international business education includes studies in France, Panama, Venezuela, Brazil, South Africa, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, China, and New Zealand.

    His passion for helping others has been displayed through his 7 year relationship with Kiva.org, a micro-lending organization supporting entrepreneurial efforts in over 80 countries and successfully loaning over $700M globally since inception.

    Peter Chun Regional Director

    Known in global financial circles as The Architect, Peter Chun brings nearly 20 years of International finance expertise to Silverbear. Specializing in corporate restructuring, corporate finance, and M&A, Peter has worked with and represented companies of all sizes and configurations. He also brings listing experience in Korea, Toronto, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, and in the US, as well as experience in the private equity/ pre-IPO arena.

    Parth Patel is an investment professional specializing in emerging markets. He has worked in such industries as; fossils fuels, natural resources and finance. Mr Patel's family office based in Mumbai will sponsor the India Family Office Association exploring opportunities in the emerging markets. Mr Patel is also in the process of launching fund investing in India that will be diversified among various sectors ranging from real estate, distressed assets, equities to consumer lending. He attended Pace University on a scholarship and currently resides in Queens, New York.

    Growing up around the Real Estate business led to an intimate understanding of the real estate industry which opened opportunities to lead the family real estate investment business. Relocating from Nashville, TN to attend UCF in Orlando allowed for increased understanding of the Real Estate Investment industry in various markets, along with a focus of building a database of industry professionals including investors, owners and operators, and management companies alike.

    From Orlando I relocated to West Palm Beach seeking a position within the family office industry. While in West Palm Beach an opportunity was presented to join a family office in Miami, FL to help oversee their growing multifamily real estate portfolio focused on assets located throughout the Southeast, including redevelopment efforts of a private island in the Bahamas called Cay Cay Yacht Club in Cay Cay, Bahamas. As the family office in Miami reached a position of reducing acquisition efforts and restructuring their real estate business model to focus on property and asset management in the tri-county area of Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami the position came to an agreeable conclusion. Following the conclusion of the former position, an opportunity was presented to join a HNW individual focused on building out his multifamily portfolio footprint throughout the Southeast while assisting in formalizing his family office.

    Unlike most family offices, this opportunity was the complete flip-side of the traditional family office structure, in that the patriarch is a well-known NYT best-selling author who is also listed as the 8th most influential CEO in the world. While most family offices prefer being more "behind-the-scene" types, this family office commands a lot of media attention and a loyal fan-base and following across social media platforms. As this journey in the family office space continues, I continue to lead the miami beach family office part-time while spending most of my time as a principal consulting HNW individuals and family offices throughout the Southeast in their multifamily real estate investing efforts. Launching the Nashville division of FON is a continued step in the direction of assisting FON connect family offices and HNW individuals with other like-minded colleagues in an effort to share intellectual capital and potential deal-making opportunities that align with their respective family charter.

    Audra PlagemanManaging Director

    Audra Plageman is Managing Director of the Newport Beach Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Newport Beach area.

    Ms. Plageman, a serial entrepreneur, has spearheaded several successful entrepreneurial ventures, by demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects, from initial conception to successful implementation. During her career, she has initiated and completed transactions in both national and international markets. Her background and experience include mergers and acquisitions, build-up acquisitions, and joint equity ventures with corporate partners across a wide range of industries and sectors.

    Beginning in 2007, Ms. Plageman became a consultant in the renewable energy industry. She established and maintained long-standing strategic partnerships with companies that finance and develop commercial and utility-scale renewable energy projects around the world. She was an active partner with a company that specializes in energy efficiency reporting software using internationally recognized methodologies for verification of emission credits for carbon trading. She initiated the trading of renewable energy credits (REC’s), in the PJM, WREGIS, and MISO wholesale markets, including OTC Spot Market brokerage services for clients looking to secure verified emission reductions (VER’s) in the global OTC markets.

    Ms. Plageman's dedication and passion for accelerated growth in the renewable energy sector, inspired her to expand her reach into many sectors of the alternative and energy efficiency markets including co-founding a company in 2012 that engages in the development and management of environmental assets by bringing relationships, expertise and track record to create professional and achievable partnerships.

    Ms. Plageman's current role is Business Development at CBIZ, Inc., one of the nation's top providers of accounting, tax, and financial services firm. She specializes in national client development, relationship management, and strategic direction with a primary focus on Federal, State and Local Energy Tax Incentives, EPAct 179D, R&D Tax Credits and Engineering-Based Cost Segregation studies for real estate solutions.

    Ms. Plageman is also an active volunteer in her community to grass-roots charities and non-profit organizations with a primary focus on environment and women and children’s welfare.

    Richard N. BeleutzManaging Director

    Mr. Beleutz has over 20 year of financial services experience raising over 1 B USD of capital for companies, funds, and transactions. He has diverse operating and deal experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and Hedge Funds. He currently sits on multiple boards representing companies in healthcare, financial services and the non-profit sectors.

    As a licensed investment banker he has advised over a hundred companies on issues such as capital raise, M&A, and other corporate matters. Mr. Beleutz has been a principal in three hedge funds and has raised capital for dozens of carefully vetted investment strategies as a marketer having reviewed over a thousand mangers throughout his career.

    Mr. Beleutz graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics. He enjoys skiing, boating, and travelling. Mr. Beleutz is married with a daughter and resides in Chicago.

    David RichManaging Director

    David Rich is Managing Director of the Tel Aviv Family Office Association, an organization that provides information, opportunities and investment resources to substantial families, individuals and the top advisors who serve them in the Tel Aviv region.

    Mr. Rich has 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry and is currently the CEO of $15M Galilee Partners, which he launched in 2006 as a multi-strategy investment advisory firm focused on talented emerging managers in Israel. He hired and manages a team of 11 senior level traders involved in quantitative and fundamental research for a portfolio of low risk, absolute return, hedged strategies trading US equity & global commodities. In addition, he oversees research, trading operations, risk management, investor reporting and business operations. He is also experienced in providing third party sales and marketing services for Israeli-based managers, including developing unique financial trading products for global hedge funds in New York, London and Switzerland.

    Earlier in his career, he worked at Frommer Capital where he researched and devised pair trading methodologies and created quantitative based strategies involving multiple asset classes with different volatility levels, hedged against each other. He also spent two years at Infinity Ventures involved in researching and generating direct investment opportunities into publicly traded companies. While there, he specialized in small-cap companies with strong balance sheets implementing expansion of business operations. Prior to that, he opened the Israeli branch of New York-based Olympia Partners.

    He is a graduate of Hebrew University with graduate degrees in Economic History and Bar-Ilan University. His philanthropic endeavors include launching the Bar Ilan Environmental Society which organized nationwide clean-up programs. He is the recipient of the Erica & Ludwig Jesselsohn Academic Scholarship and currently has a NASD Series 56 license. He served in the Military-IDF Paratroop Brigade from 1993-1997.
